The project combines modern architectural language with a contextually responsive approach, creating a calm, high-end neighborhood that balances privacy, openness, and visual continuity.

The façade design is driven by a strong geometric composition, where framed volumes and recessed openings create depth, shadow, and rhythm across the elevation.

A refined palette of light stone, textured surfaces, and dark accents creates contrast while maintaining a timeless, climate-appropriate aesthetic for Jeddah.
